Rule 65
Proposals may be submitted without notice
(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in this paragraph, any of the following motions may be moved without notice with the permission of the Chairman and no controversial matter shall be raised by such motion;- (a) motion of thanks, (b) adjournment of the meeting, (c) Withdraw motions and amendments, (d) congratulate or condole, (e) adjourn discussion, (f) extend discussion, (g) extend meeting, or (h) terminate discussion. (2) Bye-laws ( In relation to the proposal mentioned in 1), after obtaining the permission of the chairman and the proposal from the proposer and support from the supporters in the meeting, the chairman will submit the said proposal for the decision of the meeting.
